The main intersection is Beatrice Street West and Somerville Street. The clinic provides a positive space and continues to follow the COVID-19 cleaning protocol to ensure everyone’s safety. Our number one priority is for you to feel relaxed and welcomed. We designed our clinic to make you feel at home and comfortable. To access the clinic, the client needs to navigate 10 steps of stairs. Holistic Health Professional focuses on Chronic Pain Management and Lymphatic System Dysfunction. Our therapist fused her knowledge in evidence science and holistic base healthcare to deliver safe and effective treatment.

Meet Our Therapist

Merdy Jane Cabigas, RMT & Owner (She/Her/Hers)

Merdy’s passion for relieving musculoskeletal pain started when she learned basic massage techniques from her aunt and grandmother in the Philippines at a young age. From the basic massage techniques, she learned from her aunt and grandmother. She decided to study Reflexology and Massage Therapy to learn more and perfect her skills. Her quest to attain new information and to better understand how to relieve different musculoskeletal conditions never stops. She continues to learn new modalities in science and holistic evidence-based healthcare to provide better results to her clients.

Merdy specializes in numerous treatment techniques, but her 5 top treatment techniques are Myofascial Cupping, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Trigger point therapy, and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.

Merdy has extensive experience working with Repetitive Strain Injuries, Edema, Post-Surgery Lymphatic Drainage, and Chronic pain conditions as she worked in a Multidisciplinary Rehab Centre, Thai Massage Studio, and Sports Medicine Rehab Centre in Downtown Toronto.
